What happens when you request deletion
- Your account is locked and you are signed out immediately.
- AGAPAY removes account, profile, household, directory, and Learn data that it is not legally required to retain.
- Financial, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained for the periods explained in the Privacy Policy.
- The request is completed within 30 days.
