Some AGAPAY subscription fees may be subject to sales tax depending on your organization's location and applicable law. A location with no statewide general sales tax is not the same as a legally tax-exempt customer. An organization claiming an exemption must submit valid documentation unless AGAPAY determines that documentation is not applicable. Exemption is not automatic and applies only after review and approval by AGAPAY.
